This policy explains what information Novexa Solutions LLC ("Novexa," "we," "us") collects through novexasolutions.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, role, what you are interested in, and anything you write about your reporting.
- Newsletter signups: your email address and which publication you subscribed to (The Brief or The Playbook).
- Product waitlists and the Close Integrity Scorecard: your email address, and for the Scorecard, your answers and results. The Scorecard asks about your processes only. It never asks for financial data.
- Purchases: when you buy a product, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive your name, email, and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule calls.
- To send the publications you subscribed to.
- To deliver products and Scorecard results you requested.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and which topics are useful.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe). They process information only to provide their service to us.
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed at any time. Joining a newsletter is always a separate choice and is never required to use the Scorecard or contact us.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and subscriber records while they are useful for the purpose you gave them to us, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email meghan@novexasolutions.com.
Children
This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
